The Company:

At The Millstone Evans Group, we believe financial planning should feel clear, personal, and human—not complex or transactional. We partner closely with our clients to simplify decision-making and build long-term confidence around their financial lives.

We’re a growing, high-touch wealth management firm with a strong reputation and an even stronger commitment to doing things the right way. As we continue to scale, we’re building the infrastructure, systems, and team to support that growth—without losing the relational core that defines us.

The Position:

As the Senior Executive Assistant, you’ll partner directly with the President as an extension of her—owning her time, shaping priorities, and ensuring the right work moves forward.

You bring structure to complexity, anticipate what’s needed before it’s asked, and create momentum across meetings, projects, and people. You are a key contributor to execution, alignment, and follow-through across the business.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who operates with strong judgment, polish, and ownership.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and orchestrate a complex, fast-moving calendar—aligning time to priorities and protecting focus
  • Act as a strategic gatekeeper, filtering requests and ensuring the President’s time is spent where it matters most
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and context to ensure every meeting is purposeful and productive
  • Draft, refine, and manage communications on behalf of the President with clarity, tone, and precision
  • Track key priorities, initiatives, and commitments—ensuring visibility and consistent follow-through
  • Drive momentum by coordinating across leadership, operations, and client service teams
  • Anticipate needs, identify gaps, and proactively solve problems before they surface
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders by connecting people, priorities, and next steps
  • Coordinate high-touch client interactions with a polished, thoughtful, and detail-oriented approach
  • Plan and manage travel seamlessly, with attention to detail and contingencies
  • Capture and translate meeting discussions into clear action items and next steps
  • Build and maintain simple, effective systems to track priorities, deadlines, and accountability
  • Serve as a trusted partner handling sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment

Qualifications:

  • 5–10+ years supporting a senior executive (CEO, President, Founder, or Partner)
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules and competing priorities independently
  • Strong judgment and decision-making skills; able to prioritize with limited direction
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of polish
  • Experience supporting or driving cross-functional projects or initiatives
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to anticipate needs and operate proactively, not reactively
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Experience in wealth management, financial services, or professional services is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience (e.g., Redtail) is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

  • Commensurate salary, based on experience
  • Performance-based bonus aligned to individual and firm success
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement plan with employer contribution
  • Generous paid time off and holidays
  • High-trust, high-visibility role working directly with the President
  • Meaningful exposure to leadership, strategy, and business operations
  • Opportunity to grow alongside a scaling, relationship-driven firm
