A modern, mission-driven intimate apparel brand is looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to join their growing team in NYC.
About the Role
This person will lead the brand’s organic social presence and influencer strategy from end to end. You’ll own planning, content creation, posting, community engagement, and partner activations—bringing the brand voice to life and growing a loyal, inspired community across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and beyond.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in NYC. The brand has a passionate team and values creativity, collaboration, and thoughtful communication.
What You’ll Do
📱 Lead Organic Social: Develop and execute the content calendar across all social channels
🎥 Create Content: Shoot, edit, and publish posts, Reels, TikToks, and Stories
🤝 Manage Influencer Partnerships: Identify, outreach, negotiate, and manage collaborations with creators aligned with the brand’s values
💬 Engage Community: Monitor comments, DMs, and tags, and grow an authentic, engaged community
📊 Track & Report: Analyze performance, measure ROI of influencer campaigns, and optimize based on data
💡 Trendspot: Stay ahead of social trends and identify new growth opportunities for the brand
You’re a Great Fit If You…
✔️ Have 3–5 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or beauty
✔️ Have a keen eye for aesthetics and understand how to tell stories that resonate
✔️ Know how to turn content into conversions and engagement
✔️ Are a strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
✔️ Are comfortable being on set, in studio, and working hands-on with product and people
✔️ Have working knowledge of basic photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva)
