The Role
As Director of Data Infrastructure, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a robust, scalable, and secure data architecture. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, growth, marketing, product, and executive teams to ensure data flows seamlessly and supports key business objectives.

🛠️ Build & Scale Infrastructure – Design and implement reliable, efficient data pipelines and storage systems
📊 Optimize Data Access – Ensure accurate, accessible, and secure data across departments
📈 Enable Analytics – Support BI tools, dashboards, and predictive modeling for decision-making
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with key stakeholders to identify needs and build custom data solutions
🔐 Data Governance – Maintain high standards for data quality, privacy, and compliance
What You’ll Bring
✔️ 8+ years in data engineering or infrastructure roles, ideally at a high-growth DTC or tech company
✔️ Deep experience with modern data stack tools (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, BigQuery, Fivetran, etc.)
✔️ Expertise in building scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and managing large data systems
✔️ Strong understanding of data privacy, governance, and security best practices
✔️ Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex systems for non-technical teams
✔️ Comfort in a fast-paced, agile environment with shifting priorities
