Job Title: Kitchen Supervisor

Job Description: The Kitchen Supervisor will work the line in all positions while leading the BOH team in the restaurant. The Kitchen Supervisor will ensure food safety and sanitation and will monitor food quality and execution. This person will conduct weekly inventories to make sure proper amounts are stocked and to assess ordering patterns and make necessary adjustments when needed. You will also prepare and receive orders of food and beverages and will monitor and validate daily prep production.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Kitchen experience as a line cook and prep cook in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
