Position Overview
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, sales, and marketing support to leadership while coordinating a wide range of marketing, communications, and event-related initiatives. This role works closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to support strategic projects, enhance marketing operations, and ensure efficient day-to-day administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
- Support development and execution of marketing, communications, and promotional initiatives
- Oversee website content and digital presence
- Manage marketing assets including logos, style guides, and digital files
- Assist with the coordination of trade shows and corporate events
- Coordinate branded merchandise inventory and usage
- Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners
Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide administrative support to leadership team and sales representatives
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and internal tracking systems
- Process expenses, invoices, and budget-related documentation
- Coordinate time sheets, sales reports, and internal program tracking
- Perform general administrative duties (email, filing, shipping, etc.)
Events & Project Coordination
- Plan and coordinate logistics for tradeshows, sales events, and career fairs
- Coordinate logistics, materials, and vendor relationships
- Support cross-functional projects and special initiatives
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting and Career Development Program (CDP) actions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and team efficiency
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline preferred
- Two (2) years of relevant education or experience a plus
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered

Work Schedule
Monday–Friday, standard business hours (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
