Position Overview

The Marketing & Sales Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, sales, and marketing support to leadership while coordinating a wide range of marketing, communications, and event-related initiatives. This role works closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams to support strategic projects, enhance marketing operations, and ensure efficient day-to-day administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

 

Marketing & Communications

  • Support development and execution of marketing, communications, and promotional initiatives
  • Oversee website content and digital presence
  • Manage marketing assets including logos, style guides, and digital files
  • Assist with the coordination of trade shows and corporate events
  • Coordinate branded merchandise inventory and usage
  • Liaise with external agencies, vendors, and partners

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative support to leadership team and sales representatives
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and internal tracking systems
  • Process expenses, invoices, and budget-related documentation
  • Coordinate time sheets, sales reports, and internal program tracking
  • Perform general administrative duties (email, filing, shipping, etc.)

Events & Project Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for tradeshows, sales events, and career fairs
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and vendor relationships
  • Support cross-functional projects and special initiatives


Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruiting and Career Development Program (CDP) actions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and team efficiency
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related discipline preferred
  • Two (2) years of relevant education or experience a plus
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered

Skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Proactive, self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Email and calendar/scheduling software (Outlook, Emma, Smartsheet, Calendly)
  • Website content management systems (CMS)

Work Schedule

Monday–Friday, standard business hours (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
