Anesthesiology Medical Director – Baton Rouge Area, LA

Opportunity Highlights:

• Medical Director role combining leadership with an active clinical practice
• No required call; optional home beeper call for additional compensation
• Clinical responsibilities 4–5 days/week with approximately 2 days/week performing cases
• Lead the transition to a collaborative physician/CRNA anesthesia care team model
• Partner with surgeons, CRNAs, and hospital leadership to grow the service line
• Modern surgical department with 5–6 anesthetizing locations
• Broad case mix including general, orthopedics, GI, OB/GYN, bariatrics, endoscopy, and cath lab

Compensation & Benefits:

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Anesthesiologist
