Shared staffing across four diverse hospital settings, including:
- Low-volume community hospitals and Level IV Trauma Center
- Provisional Level III Trauma Center
- High-acuity, Level I Trauma Center
- Epic EMR integrated across the system
- 16 consult services available at the main referral hospital
- 24-hour OB and radiology coverage
- Tele-neurology available at all sites
- On-site helipads for timely patient transport
- H1 visa sponsorship
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $323,000 – $406,000
- Choice of $100,000 starting bonus or up to $200,000 in student loan repayment
- 272 hours of PTO annually
