Qualifications

• BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Arizona medical license and DEA (or eligible)
• Post-acute, acute care, emergency medicine, or outpatient experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working collaboratively with nursing, facility leadership, and interdisciplinary care teams
