Market Development Executive | Capital Equipment/Wound Care | Drive Market Expansion | Pioneering Orthobiologic Technology | Uncapped Earning Potential

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Market Expansion – Develop and implement a territory growth strategy, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities to accelerate adoption.
  • High-Level Sales Execution – Engage with C-suite executives, hospital administrators, and key clinical stakeholders.
  • Clinical & Technical Expertise – Become a trusted advisor and product expert, articulating the clinical and economic value of the technology to decision-makers.
  • Revenue Growth & Account Development – Lead complex capital equipment sales cycles, leveraging data-driven insights and competitive positioning strategies.
  • Sales Forecasting & Performance Tracking – Utilize CRM tools to analyze market trends, track KPIs, and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaboration & Leadership – Work cross-functionally with marketing, training, and product development teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.



Qualifications & Experience:


  • 7+ years of high-performance sales experience in medical device (capital equipment experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and executing complex sales strategies in a competitive healthcare environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively communicate clinical and economic value propositions to executive and clinical audiences.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory to maximize market penetration and account development.
