National Account Manager
Reports to: President | Exempt
Overview
We’re seeking a National Account Manager to lead key retail accounts, drive revenue, and strengthen long-term partnerships. This role owns corporate relationships, executes POS/planogram strategy, and aligns field teams to deliver results.This is a base plus commission, allowing you to earn up to $150k total compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage national retail accounts and serve as primary contact
- Drive sales growth through programs, pricing, and product launches
- Develop and execute POS/planograms (POGs), including annual resets
- Analyze performance data to optimize strategy and execution
- Support and guide field teams with tools, schedules, and training
- Collaborate cross-functionally and represent the company at trade shows
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in National Accounts or large retail account management
- Strong retail, POS, and planogram experience required
- Proven success with complex sales cycles and key accounts
- Skilled in negotiation, communication, and data analysis
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (or AI tools)
- Ability to travel (4–6 trade shows/year)
