We are looking for a Production Manager (Construction) for an exponentially growing company in Phoenix.

Responsibilities:

The Production Manager ensures that all remodeling and coating projects run smoothly — on time, on budget, and of the highest quality.

You’ll oversee crews, manage schedules, coordinate materials, and maintain communication between sales, office, and installation teams.

This is a leadership role for a detail-oriented problem solver who thrives on accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

  • Lead, Manage, and Hold the Team Accountable 
  • Project Planning, Scheduling, and Execution across multiple service lines (kitchen, bath, coatings)
  • Material Ordering & Inventory Management— ensure accurate stock levels and efficient delivery
  • Crew, Team, Resource & Subcontractor Management — schedule, coach, and align team members
  • Quality Assurance, Safety & Customer Satisfaction — ensure every install meets client’s standards
  • Budget & Job Cost Oversight — monitor margins and track profitability
  • Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement — identify and eliminate bottlenecks or rework causes

 

Background Profile:

  • 3+ years of production or operations management experience in remodeling, coatings, and/or construction industry.
  • Ability to lead 5+ team members with the goal of 45 by end of 2026
  • Knowledge of jobTread, job costing, and subcontractor management
  • Seeking self-starting candidates who can develop systems and processes rather than just follow existing ones.
  • Candidates should be tactical and futuristic, with a focus on implementation and coaching.
  • Leadership that inspires accountability and teamwork
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Will be in the field 30% of the time.
