Salary Range – 75K to 95K Depending on experience

 

Background Profile:

  • Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field but not required.
  • Ideal candidates will have 2+ years as an Account leader and must have agency experience
  • Experience leading or mentoring to develop team members, lead huddles, and foster collaboration across departments.
  • Leading workshops, meetings, and presentations
  • Experience driving upsell opportunities, leading client workshops, contributing to RFPs, and developing proposals/SOWs.
  • Able to monitor sales performance metrics and create value to enhance results for your accounts
  • Experience as senior contact to Clients who builds long‑term relationships, manages expectations, and delivers strategic guidance & presentations.
  • Knowing when to ‘push back’ and how to do so respectfully by providing expert recommendations and solutions that move the business forward
  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skills to make recommendations effectively, manage difficult conversations constructively, and run productive meetings.
  • Must be local to the Greater-Phoenix area and be a US citizen to be considered.
