We're looking for a Kitchen/Bath Construction Project Manager to lead a team to reach the highest levels of success for our client’s team and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, Manage, and Hold the Team Accountable — recruit, train, and develop installation crews and apprentices.
  • Project Scheduling & Execution — plan, coordinate, and oversee daily installations for cabinet refacing, countertops, and showers.
  • Material Ordering & Inventory Management — order slabs, sinks, faucets, doors, and all project materials on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control & Field Supervision — inspect work, coach installers, and maintain 5-star quality standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction — ensure jobs meet or exceed expectations, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Budget Oversight — manage job costing and ensure gross profit targets are achieved.
  • Continuous Improvement — track rework causes, streamline processes, and improve field efficiency.

 

Background Profile:

  • 3+ years of installation or field management experience in kitchen & bath remodeling and/or cabinet refacing
  • Strong knowledge of cabinet systems, solid surface or overlay countertops, and plumbing fixture installs
  • Experience leading installation teams and managing vendor or subcontractor relationships
  • Ability to order, track, and manage multiple project materials and deliveries
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, available for in-state travel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management Skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal driven.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Must be a US Citizen to be considered for this role
