We are seeking an exceptional Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead the culinary team at a high energy, casual restaurant. In this role, you will support all aspects of culinary operations, including selecting and training team members, food preparation, quality control, and team management.
Responsibilities:

Culinary Excellence: Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards of taste, quality, and visual appeal.

Food Preparation and Quality Control: Oversee the food preparation process to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to recipe standards.

Team Management and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a skilled culinary team, including sous chefs, line cooks, and kitchen staff.

Inventory and Cost Management: Manage food inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and storage.

Safety and Sanitation: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
