Position Overview:

As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for the overall success of the kitchen, including menu development, team leadership, quality control, and cost management. The right candidate is a passionate culinary leader with a deep understanding of fine dining standards, modern techniques, and seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute creative, refined menus that elevate the guest experience and reflect the restaurant’s vision
  • Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing kitchen team, including sous chefs and line cooks
  • Maintain impeccable food quality, consistency, and presentation across all dishes
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including prep, service, and expediting
  • Manage food and labor costs in alignment with budget goals
  • Source premium ingredients and manage supplier relationships to ensure excellence and sustainability
  • Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations
  • Partner with front-of-house and ownership to ensure cohesive service and a five-star dining experience
  • Stay informed of culinary trends and integrate innovative ideas into the menu and operations


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting
  • Culinary degree from an accredited institution preferred
  • Mastery of classic and modern cooking techniques across a variety of cuisines
  • Strong leadership, communication, and kitchen management skills
  • Proven ability to manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and food cost controls
  • Experience in team development, scheduling, and mentoring kitchen staff
  • Professional demeanor, discretion, and a passion for excellence
