We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to help oversee day-to-day operations and support the leadership team in delivering an exceptional customer and team experience. Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in managing daily operations and team supervision
- Lead by example in providing outstanding service and fostering a positive work environment
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of staff
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and track supply usage
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
- Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Analyze performance metrics and support initiatives to meet or exceed targets
- Step in as acting manager in the absence of the General Manager
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Comfortable making decisions and solving problems under pressure
- Basic understanding of business operations (scheduling, inventory, cash handling, etc.)
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
