What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop General Managers and location leaders
- Drive revenue and profitability across multiple venues
- Deliver guest experiences that consistently exceed expectations
- Coach, mentor, and build future leaders
- Partner with senior leadership on strategy, growth, and innovation
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of multi-unit management in restaurants, hospitality, or service-driven industries
- Proven ability to lead teams of 50+ and develop top-performing managers
- Strong financial and operational acumen (budgeting, forecasting, planning)
- A guest-first mindset with a passion for hospitality excellence
- Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on leadership style
