Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead the operations of a high-volume, full-service brewhouse restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, and the ability to lead a large team with energy and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant with a focus on guest satisfaction, food quality, and team development
- Manage and mentor department managers and hourly staff to maintain high performance and morale
- Drive profitability through cost control, inventory management, labor scheduling, and operational efficiency
- Ensure consistent execution of all brand standards, recipes, and service procedures
- Create a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve sales, reduce waste, and enhance the guest experience
- Conduct hiring, training, and performance reviews to build a strong, guest-focused team
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Manager or senior manager in a full-service restaurant environment
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
- Proven track record in achieving sales and profit goals
- Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and strategic planning
- Knowledge of craft beer or willingness to become an expert in beer and food pairings
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
