• Lead and develop 6 District Managers, fostering high-performing teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience, ideally in fast-casual or QSR (drive-thru service)
• Proven success managing district-level teams across multiple locations
• Strong business acumen, data fluency, and ability to execute operational strategy
