Now expanding its U.S. presence, the company is hiring a high-impact Senior Marketing Manager to drive strategy, execution, and performance across a full range of marketing initiatives.


About the Role


This is not your typical marketing role. We're looking for a strategic builder and hands-on executor—a true generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of their outcomes. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate with product, sales, and leadership to fuel business growth through creative campaigns, data-driven performance marketing, and compelling content.


This is an onsite role in Austin—ideal for someone who values face-to-face collaboration and being part of an agile, in-person team.


What You’ll Do


  • Build and execute full-funnel marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned channels to drive growth and awareness.
  • Own and optimize email marketing programs, crafting targeted campaigns that nurture leads and support the customer lifecycle.
  • Lead demand generation efforts, manage agency partners, track CAC performance, and optimize campaign ROI.
  • Create compelling content, including blogs, thought leadership, customer insights, and product messaging to elevate the brand.
  • Collaborate across teams, ensuring messaging, visuals, and materials align with GTM priorities and customer feedback.
  • Experiment boldly—run tests, iterate quickly, and refine strategies based on performance data and insights.
  • Own reporting—track KPIs and communicate marketing impact to internal stakeholders.


What You Bring


  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing (growth, product, or generalist), ideally in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
  • A track record of owning and launching campaigns from scratch—not just managing existing playbooks.
  • Experience in US-based B2B markets, especially selling to SMBs or service providers (finance, accounting, operations).
  • Proficiency in email marketing, digital acquisition, and content creation—bonus points for skills in design or video production.
  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to drive decisions and pivot strategy.
  • Hands-on familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Hubspot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, CMS platforms).
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial attitude—you take initiative, execute quickly, and thrive in ambiguity.
