Controller / Director, Accounting Services – Rapidly growing multi-entity Nebraska-based business – Fully Remote + Future Ownership Opportunities

Exciting opportunity to join one of Omaha’s fastest growing companies in this challenging impact role. Work directly for a small group of high-net-worth investors who have launched over 10 new business ventures in the past 5 years with more to come. This is a newly created position that will oversee all accounting, reporting and controls for each operating business. This company would like to eventually create a new legal entity that provides accounting services to their businesses and non-owned companies, and they expect this new hire to earn a key equity stake in that new endeavor.


This could be an excellent opportunity for an individual exiting public accounting or coming out of a CAS / outsourced CFO or Controller services company to step into a key leadership role and have skin in the game as this business grows. This could also be a very attractive role for someone in a financial accounting role today who feels like that have “another gear” that is not being fully utilized. Our client is looking for someone who is entreprenurial and would love to have the chance to have their compensation more closely aligned to the impact you make.


We are searching for someone with thick skin who is not afraid to push back on strong willed entrepreneurs. Join a company with a small but incredibly loyal team who is OK with the workload associated with working for such a fast growing company because they believe in the founders and feel like they are a part of something special and unique.


This company is based in Omaha but this will be a work from home position, so we are searching for someone who is highly productive in a remote setting with excellent references and credentials. This will be a challenging role that will likely be too difficult and stressful for most people, so we are searching for someone who is “built differently” than most to step into this exciting opportunity that will allow you to bring order to the chaos and help this company reach its potential and make a difference in our community.
