Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the accounts receivable process, supervising a high performing small team that will continue to grow as the company grows
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize cash flow and billing accuracy
• Monitor aging reports and proactively manage collections
• Lead and mentor team members within the AR function
• Partner with leadership to scale systems and processes as the company grows
