Regional Controller – Multi-Site Service Business in Growth Mode

Excellent opportunity to join a respected name in the commercial and residential service industry and oversee all accounting & finance for multiple branch locations in one of the fastest regions in the country for this growing business. This is an excellent opportunity to partner closely with the GM’s of each local office to help run their business while also teaming up with an exceptional CFO at the corporate level who will empower and equip you to succeed.


  • Take ownership for all monthly reporting for the Omaha branch (one of the nation’s most successful) and two other branch locations within a 2-hour drive of Omaha
  • Be the “strategic business partner” to the GM for each location, helping them drive profitability, grow their business and win in a competitive market
  • Step into a blue-collar industry full of down to earth, genuine and no-nonsense employees who view you as mission critical to their success
  • Lead a small team at each branch that will handle the daily accounting, freeing you up to do the more strategic and forward-looking activities
  • Work very closely with a CFO who has a wealth of experience driving growth, profitability and has a track record of mentoring, developing, coaching and inspiring…this is an excellent opportunity to work directly for an excellent leader


Our client is searching for someone inquisitive, focused and strategic. This could be a great role for a Controller looking to expand into a larger scope or someone stuck in a very large company who wants more breadth and ownership for outcomes. As the Midwest region grows, there will be steady opportunities to expand your role and take on new locations, creating a nice steady opportunity to grow in the years ahead.
