Corporate Controller – Growing Manufacturer

Attractive opportunity to join this growing multi-plant manufacturer in this key role. Our client is searching for an experienced leader who enjoys building culture and creating processes and controls that will allow this company to continue their exciting growth path. This company will continue to expand via organic and acquisition growth, and this is an excellent opportunity to take the reigns of a stable team and work directly for leaders who are driven but reasonable in their expectations. 

• Lead a fully-staffed accounting team who knows their role and are well familiarized with the processes of the company – most of the staff have a long tenure at the company and love coming to work every day
• Inherit a small team of leaders who oversee the monthly close, cost accounting at the plant level and all AP/AR
• Take on a continuous improvement mindset as you are always looking for ways to improve processes and decrease the time it takes to close the books
• Own the culture of the accounting department…this company has a warm and welcoming culture and they are looking for someone to help drive excellent results while ensuring that this remains a great place to work
