About the Role

We’re building an AI-native wealth management platform to transform how advisors serve their clients. Despite trillions of assets under management, the industry still runs on manual, outdated processes. Backed by top investors and advisors, we’re assembling a world-class founding team from leading fintech and AI companies. As our Senior / Staff Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of customer-facing products, driving both execution and architectural decisions that define the future of our platform.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end development of customer-facing web-based products.
• Partner directly with users to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Contribute to system architecture, technical strategy, and design decisions.
• Build scalable, reliable, and AI-driven applications with modern frameworks.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer at staff/senior level.
• Background at a Tier 1 VC-backed startup with a high engineering bar.

Work Experience

• Proven track record building customer-facing web products and engaging with users.
• Experience in fintech, vertical B2B SaaS, or highly regulated industries (e.g., healthcare) preferred.

Education

• Computer Science degree from a top university is a strong signal, but not required.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency across the stack with strong fundamentals in modern frameworks.
• Comfortable with rapid iteration (“vibe coding”) and obsessed with AI.
• Ability to think beyond execution—strong grasp of system design, architecture, and strategy.

Soft Skills

• Thrives in the chaos of early-stage startups; adaptable and resourceful.
• High EQ and maturity; eager to collaborate and mentor in a flat team.
• Strong product sense and communication skills to work directly with customers.
• Demonstrated high slope (intrinsic motivation, ambition, and drive).
