Location and Work Model
China ( Remote in Beijing or Shanghai with frequent travel to visit clients)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive and effective partner development plans to exceed partner & company's objectives.
- Execute sales campaigns according to sales plans and go-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrate an awareness of industry dynamics and the commercial landscape to overcome challenges.
- Relevant knowledge and experience in selling all Airline Pricing and Retailing Solutions.
- Develop internal relationships across all key departments, tracking in CRM and timely updating sales opportunities.
- Negotiate and close customer contracts in coordination with The Regional Director, Sales, and Partner Success as needed.
- Support officers, directors, and fellow sales executives in sales and adoption efforts at key accounts as needed (including providing out-of-office coverage as required)
- Develop strong partnerships with your account portfolio, supporting the delivery of exceptional customer satisfaction scores.
- Travel to visit key sales prospects, primarily in the sales manager’s “focus” region and outside it as needed.
- Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing the company’s solutions and building relationships with key industry leaders.
- Develop and execution of long-term, strategic partner development plans that exceed partner and our objectives.
- Ability to align sales plan with broader company objectives and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the aviation technology industry including market trends, key players, and emerging challenges.
- Familiar with China local and international regulations impacting the industry.
- Awareness of commercial and competitive landscape to anticipate and overcome
- Airline pricing and/or retailing industry experience in the China market.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Willingness and ability to travel for meetings, conferences and events as required to advance sales objectives.
