The Superintendent Position
The Superintendent is pivotal to help keep up with the growth of the company. The position requires a solid understanding of safety, production, and managing foreman and crews for maximum efficiency. With crews working in a variety of applications, keeping up to date on project schedule, budget, and production is key to our success.
Technical knowledge is a key part of the equation within the construction industry, but communication, schedule management, and an ability to understand the bigger picture set our Superintendents apart from the rest of the field.
