If you haven’t heard of us before, we are a boutique Recruitment Agency who have forged an incredibly strong reputation for providing exceptional talent and service to growth businesses – predominantly in the financial services and sales industry.
Our Founder had no background in Recruitment before starting the business but had plenty of frustration when trying to find a good Recruitment Agency. From here Ethos360 Recruitment was founded with a simple mission – to change the game!
We have created an amazing team environment where you want to go to work.
It’s a fun and collaborative environment with a strong focus on mental and physical wellbeing. We get out and exercise at lunchtimes and always try to pause for some fresh air.
We have great flexibility with hours and the ability to work from home when needed, but with sports and music playing around the clock, we feel you would love the environment we have created.
We want you to be rewarded in your role and have introduced quarterly base salary reviews for you to progress within your current role and feel rewarded.
Just like our business, we offer flexibility with our salary range ($80,000 - $100,000) with first year earnings easily in excess of $150k and a potential to earn $200k plus in your 2nd year.
What's it look like?
- It’s definitely a sales role and involves an element of hunting, both for new companies to connect with that share our values, and also hunting down the best talent in the market.
- There’s an element of account management, building strong relationships with our current clients and candidates.
- Recruiting into an industry in a specific area of interest to you. Think construction, financial services, sales, fintech, lawyers or engineers. If it exists, you can recruit for it.
- Great Perks: Generous base salary + commission, career development and travel + great end of month celebrations.
What you may have done:
- Experience in Recruitment with a track record of acquiring some of your own clients, not just filling roles.
- You were in a client-facing role, either on the phone or out and about meeting clients and selling your company’s service.
- Direct sales, phone sales, business development. All sales skills are easily transferable to recruitment – picture the product as the people/candidates.
- If you have worked to targets or KPI’s and have an ambitious and motivated personality to hit goals, you’ll hit the ground running.
- You come from a business or background where you have developed and nurtured repeat customers. A lot of your customers and clients you’d almost call friends!
- You also like to be financially rewarded for your natural people skills and have a strong interest in your personal finances.
- Your friends would say sometimes you can be a touch too competitive!
