Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive optometric care, including routine eye exams and medical optometry services
• Diagnose, manage, and treat a variety of ocular conditions
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists and multidisciplinary care teams
• Utilize advanced ophthalmic technology to support diagnosis and treatment
• Educate patients on eye health, treatment plans, and preventative care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
• Participate in clinical initiatives, quality improvement, and patient care programs

Qualifications:

Required:

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited program
• Active or eligible for licensure in New York
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities

Preferred:

• Interest in medical optometry or subspecialty care
• Prior experience in a group or multi-specialty setting
• Interest in mentorship, research, or leadership opportunities
