Compensation: $450,000 – $525,000 per year

Job Type : Full-time Monday – Friday, flexible work schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive surgical and non-surgical care for a wide range of general orthopedic conditions and sports-related injuries

o Clinic patients per day: 30

o Call Rotation: 1:6

  • Perform orthopedic procedures including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopic surgeries of the shoulder, knee, and hip
  • Evaluate and treat athletes of all levels, focusing on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and a safe return to sport
  • Manage a high-volume outpatient clinic while maintaining an efficient surgical schedule
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, athletic trainers, and primary care physicians to provide coordinated patient care


Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency
  • Fellowship training in Sports Medicine is preferred but not required for generalists
  • Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
  • Demonstrated proficiency in general orthopedic procedures and arthroscopic techniques
  • Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with athletic trainers and physical therapists
