Subsequently because of this, we are now searching for a key individual to support our Category & Product Management team by coordinating and enabling the execution of Product Strategy.
The Product Support Coordinator plays a critical part in communication and cross functional collaboration by working across a broad network of internal and external stakeholders.
Products may originate from external vendors or from within the Essentra manufacturing network. Each introduction follows a defined process that requires timely input, alignment, and collaboration across multiple functions. The success of the role is measured by the quality of delivery, on-time execution, and effective stakeholder coordination.
This role is not a project management position, but rather an agile enabler and coordinator, responsible for driving progress during execution, maintaining momentum, and providing clear status updates to Product Management and Project Management.
Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Engagement
Pro-actively facilitate product related communications between product management and Essentra commercial world through various interactions such as PPT, meeting calls, reports.
Providing resources and tools
- Being able to redirect queries to reduce SLA response
- Being able to support and create product training materials
- Implement tools for efficiency and performance
- Acquire applications and market environment expertise to second product management for commercial support
- Breaking down barriers
- Create repeatable, commercially focused means to onboard commercial blockers to meet Essentra hassle free strategy
- Have a clear vision of the essential to facilitate activities by prioritising the customer
- Building bridges and collaborations
- The role requires ability to foster open communication and listening
- Give focus on shared goals
- Being open to build trust and have empathy
2. New Product Introduction (NPI) Support
- Support the onboarding and debrief of new product introduction projects
- Understand, follow, and help enforce established NPI processes and workflows
- Coordinate tasks and dependencies across multiple stakeholders
- Proactively track progress, motivate timely delivery, and highlight risks or blockers
- Support projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring required documentation and product knowledge are captured and maintained
3. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination between stakeholders during execution
- Assist Product Management with the preparation of launch materials, including:
- PowerPoint presentations
- Product samples and demonstrations
- Perform daily triage of product-related queries, directing them to the appropriate stakeholders
- Serve as a confident point of contact in support of Product Management activities

4. Reporting & Information Management
- Provide regular execution status updates to Product Management and Project Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product documentation and data
- Ensure information is accessible, structured, and shared with the right audiences

This is a hybrid role with expectation of working in our Kidlington office 2/3 days per week.
