This position will oversee all aspects of performance marketing for Rapid Fire Home Buyers and work to research, test, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of all active marketing channels. Work with managers and leadership team to improve current marketing and consider new techniques to find motivated sellers.
The position requires above-average attention to detail, concern for the exact correctness of work, and a strong commitment to tasks completed on time. The position would be best for someone who enjoys tinkering with systems and processes to maximize efficiency and production. This position requires someone who gets excited about analyzing hundreds of rows and columns of Excel spreadsheets to distill down the trends and patterns found within data and the confidence to make decisions and changes based on what the data is saying.

Responsibilities
- Collect, maintain and review marketing data with 100% accuracy (response rates, leads generated, cost per lead, cost per deal, cost per marketing channel, overall revenue generated, etc.)
- Oversee and manage a multi-million dollar annual marketing budget across multiple marketing channels including Direct Mail, PPC, Facebook, TV, Radio, and more.
- Distill down large data sets into specific trends and patterns. Drive solutions and solve problems related to those trends and patterns, and then monitor the data to ensure your solutions are driving the desired results
- Oversight and ownership of all marketing channels including Direct Mail, Digital Marketing, Cold Calling, SEO, TV, Radio, and Social Media
- Collaborate with Managers and team members to assess the performance of all marketing efforts to maximize efficiency.
- Research and test new marketing strategies and methods to expand company growth.
- In charge of continuously improving and optimizing company marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ Years of data analysis, analytics and marketing experience
- Experience managing a multi-million dollar annual marketing machine
- Experience with multi-channel marketing including digital and physical marketing
- Detail-oriented. Extremely high standards of quality and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and CRM Analytics or similar BI softwares.
- Experience in positions that require complex problem-solving skills
Compensation
$100,000-140,000 based on experience
