The Role

We’re hiring an Account Executive to drive mid-market new business with a path to enterprise sales as we grow. This is for a strong digital marketing seller who moves fast, makes smart decisions, and focuses on results.


You’ll close mid-market deals now and gradually take on larger, more complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities. Our work directly impacts clients’ revenue and growth, so you’ll sell solutions that truly matter — partnering closely with delivery teams and staying accountable to outcomes, not just activity.


The candidate may be based in any of the following US states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, and WI.


Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle (prospecting to closing).
  • Sell integrated digital marketing solutions:
  • SEO and GEO
  • Paid Media (Search, Social, Amazon)
  • Content Marketing
  • Creative and Studio services
  • Work closely with delivery teams to scope strong, profitable solutions.
  • Manage pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot.
  • Lead remote pitches (with occasional in-person meetings).
  • Grow existing accounts through consultative selling.
  • Act as a trusted advisor focused on business outcomes.
  • Hit quota and steadily increase deal size and complexity.


Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • Digital marketing agency sales experience required.
  • Proven success selling to mid-market clients.
  • Experience selling SEO, paid media, content, Amazon, and creative services.
  • Full-cycle sales experience in HubSpot.
  • Consistent quota achievement.
  • Strong communicator, organized, and self-directed.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
