About the Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of critical projects, overseeing every stage of the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex projects: Oversee multiple, concurrent projects, ensuring their successful delivery in line with organisational objectives.
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, scope definitions, and resource strategies, translating business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
• Team Leadership & Development: Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. This includes managing project staff, delegating tasks effectively, and conducting performance reviews.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and gaining buy-in for project initiatives.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating where necessary.
• Budget & Resource Management: Take full accountability for project budgets, resource allocation, and forecasting, ensuring efficient use of company assets.
• Process Improvement: Champion best practices in project management, contributing to the continuous improvement of our methodologies and processes.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards and business requirements.

What We're Looking For:
