What You’ll Bring:

You are a creative, hands-on leader with the energy and people skills to motivate teams and deliver flawless execution.

• Production Expertise: Deep practical experience in a creative events role as a Producer, with expertise in one or more specialty areas: live events/leadership meetings, exhibitions (design/multimedia), digital content, or 360 brand campaigns.
• Project Mastery: Deep experience in project delivery, skillfully balancing time, cost, and quality, with the flexibility to handle evolving client needs.
• Team Leadership: Proven ability to motivate and coordinate extended teams (full-time and freelance) to ensure timely project delivery.
• Client Acumen: Strong client management and interpersonal skills, capable of adapting to clients of different seniority levels across global cultures and time zones.

What You’ll Do:

You will lead specific communications programs and projects, driving creative execution from concept to completion.

• Event Leadership: Lead onsite and virtual events from planning through seamless execution.
• Content and Creative: Develop content and manage creative execution, liaising directly with internal studio teams (design, video, digital, copy) to ensure a consistent, targeted, and impactful message.
• Client Partnership: Build and maintain solid partnerships with assigned clients, researching their business challenges and audiences to ensure programs are relevant and effective.
• Strategic Input: Contribute to marketing campaign development by distilling information into narratives that create energy and action (e.g., recruitment or internal comms strategy).
