The Role: Growth & Execution

As a Project Executive, you'll be a crucial support, mastering internal processes and ensuring flawless project delivery from start to finish. This is a role for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who is ready to learn and thrive under pressure.

You will:

• Manage critical project tasks, deadlines, and internal critical paths.
• Support supplier/venue sourcing, negotiation, budget creation, management, and reconciliation.
• Assist with on-site production, including event stock management, build/breakdown, and production office setup.
• Provide vital administrative support for RFPs/proposals and client preparation.
• Network with the industry by attending relevant events, FAMs, and exhibitions.

Who We're Looking For:

We seek an enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated individual who embodies a "Go Further" attitude.

• Prior experience in a similar event agency client-facing role is highly beneficial.
• Great, confident communication skills and meticulous high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize work effectively, manage client deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure.
• A strong desire to help others succeed and work collaboratively in multi-functional teams.
