Title: Associate Wealth Management Advisor
Location:
Hybrid role based in Braintree, MA.
Preferred in-office presence 1 to 2 times per week, with flexibility for candidates located further away.
Compensation:
Base salary of $130,000 to $145,000 plus team bonuses. All-in compensation potential around $200,000, with flexibility for the right candidate.

Our client is a rapidly growing wealth management firm seeking a CFP to step into an existing book of business and deliver exceptional planning and client care. In this role, you’ll partner closely with a seasoned Wealth Management Advisor and firm Partner, focusing entirely on client relationships, financial strategy, and high-level planning (not sales or cold calls). Responsibilities:
Participate in and support client meetings alongside the lead advisor
- Lead internal follow-up post-meeting to ensure all planning and execution items are handled with care
- Act as a main point of contact for clients, delivering proactive communication and a high-touch experience
- Conduct client reviews and adapt plans as client goals or markets evolve
- Collaborate with internal teams across investments, insurance, planning, and client services
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM system
- Support legacy and multigenerational planning
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and the overall client experience
Qualifications:
CFP designation required
- 4 or more years of experience advising high-net-worth clients
- Strong understanding of investment strategy, particularly equities
- History of managing relationships from onboarding through ongoing planning and reviews
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
- Prior experience at firms such as Morgan Stanley or Goldman Sachs is a plus
- Series 7 and 66 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Bachelor’s degree required
