The Opportunity:


This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to join a high-performing team and play a key role in serving and growing existing client relationships. You’ll help manage client interactions, support planning needs, and deliver an exceptional client experience.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a group of established client relationships
  • Prepare for and participate in client meetings, including follow-ups and tracking next steps
  • Identify planning and service needs and coordinate execution with the team
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition
  • Maintain accurate and detailed notes in CRM and financial planning systems
  • Collaborate with the lead advisor to strengthen and grow client relationships



Ideal Candidate:


  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, ideally in client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with HNW planning needs and a service-first mindset
  • Series 7 and 66 (or willingness to obtain)
  • CFP® preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through

Location: Atlanta, GA


Compensation: $85,000–$110,000 base + performance-based bonus + full benefits
