Overview:
Our client is a highly reputable private wealth management practice providing comprehensive financial planning, investment management, and insurance solutions. They are seeking an experienced Wealth Management Associate to support daily investment operations, enhance the client experience, and partner closely with Advisors to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Meeting Support:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and follow-up with urgency and professionalism
- Assist with meeting preparation including reviewing financial profiles and building plan updates under Advisor guidance
- Participate in client meetings, present select materials, and document action items with accuracy
Investment Operations:
- Open and maintain accounts; process trades, transfers and wire/ACH requests
- Monitor alerts, funding, advisory activities, and document compliance needs
- Support proposal revisions, performance reviews, and operational workflows
Insurance Support:
- Assist with life, disability, and long-term care insurance application processing, policy changes, and underwriting requirements
Process Improvement & Collaboration:
- Escalate issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution
- Identify and propose workflow efficiencies to continuously improve client and team experience
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant client records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3–5 years of investment brokerage operations experience
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or Series 7 + 63 & 65 equivalent) within 6 months of hire if not already licensed
- WA state life & health insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Strong client written and verbal communication skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM technology
- Compliance-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $70,000–$110,000 depending on experience and licensing
