  • Data Quality Control: Oversee QA/QC processes, manage outlier reporting, develop scorecards, and ensure vendor adherence to reporting standards.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Lead the creation of recurring and ad hoc reports using tools like Excel, PowerBI/Tableau, and PowerPoint. Deliver clear, compelling stories backed by data.
  • Case Study Development: Create data-driven case studies to highlight program impact and inform future strategy.
  • Systems Thinking: Understand how various technical components interact within the ecosystem. Read and interpret technical documentation to ensure infrastructure alignment.
  • Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to the client, internal teams, and vendor partners. Present findings, guide decision-making, and address challenges with creative solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage scope, timelines, and deliverables for program initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Program Evolution: Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and program growth.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in digital marketing account management (automotive industry experience required).
  • Strong understanding of Tier 3 dealership media channels, including Google Ads and Meta; TradeDesk experience preferred.

  • Technical fluency with backend systems, APIs, data layers, and website integrations (management/troubleshooting experience required; configuration/build experience a plus).
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI/Tableau, and presentation tools like PowerPoint.
  • Strong client-facing skills: articulate, confident, and capable of simplifying complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel several times per year for client and vendor engagements.
