Marketing Manager, Brand - Beauty & Fashion Industry
We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who lives and breathes beauty, fashion, and culture. This role will lead the development and execution of brand strategies that inspire connection, build community, and drive growth. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you’ll champion storytelling across all consumer touchpoints and lead campaigns that bring the brand’s voice, products, and purpose to life.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute brand marketing strategies that elevate perception, spark conversation, and drive cultural relevance in the beauty/fashion space.

Own the 360° campaign process, including briefing, timeline management, budget oversight, and cross-functional coordination—from ideation to post-launch analysis.

Oversee day-to-day creative priorities, managing internal and external content creators, designers, and agencies to deliver assets that align with brand identity and business goals.
- Collaborate with lifecycle, social, and influencer teams to develop integrated content across email, SMS, paid media, and social channels.
- Drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, brand moments, and seasonal initiatives that captivate consumers and convert attention into action.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment on messaging, creative direction, and calendar milestones across departments including PR, digital, and ecommerce.
- Serve as a key partner to PR agencies, influencer networks, and external collaborators—ensuring storytelling and brand positioning are consistently strong across all channels.

Measure and report on campaign effectiveness and brand KPIs, delivering insights and recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Support the planning and execution of IRL brand activations, pop-ups, and experiential events that foster community and enhance brand love.

- Hands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns with creative, digital, and PR teams.
- A highly organized and proactive work style with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments—startup or DTC experience is a plus.
- A love for beautiful aesthetics and brand building with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on consumer brands in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Proven ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns with tangible results.
- Familiarity with creative briefing, brand strategy, and content development.
- Bonus: Experience working on global campaigns or with retail partners.

Travel: Occasional travel (less than 10%) for events, launches, and activations.

Location: Hybrid or flexible, with preference for candidates based in major creative markets (e.g., LA, NYC).
Salary: $120-140k plus bonus
