Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a growing company seeking an experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day management and administration of a diverse portfolio of trust accounts. This role involves direct interaction with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals to provide exceptional fiduciary services.
Core Responsibilities

Account Management & Compliance: Administer a complex portfolio of personal and specialized fiduciary accounts. This includes managing cash flow, executing asset distributions, and adhering to strict internal review checklists.

Stakeholder Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for beneficiaries, legal counsel, and financial advisors. You must balance the competing needs of current income beneficiaries and remaindermen with professional diplomacy.

Regulatory Oversight: Ensure all accounts meet state and federal banking requirements. You will prepare comprehensive reports for internal oversight committees and monitor the timely filing of relevant tax documentation.

Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate records within the CRM and ensure all annual account reviews are completed within the required statutory windows.

Candidate Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years of professional experience within financial services, trust administration, or a legal environment.

Certifications: Professional designations such as CTFA, CFP, or a JD are highly preferred but not required.
