Site Worker

Stonehouse – Permanent – up to £17ph – Days

A well-established Fabrication client is hiring Site Workers to work away on customer sites depending on contract. They offer a comprehensive solution to SME’s and large blue-chip companies, where they are well known for consistent quality.

The Role

·        Working on Site, this will include staying away depending on the contract

·        Interpreting engineering drawings

·        Welding/Fabrication/Mechanical Fitting

·        Working with variety of metals including Mild Steel, SS and most non-ferrous metals

·        Essential skills cards – EUSR, IPAF, PASMA, NPORS, CPCS, CSCS

The Person

·        Experience working away on Site

·        Experience in Welding/Fabrication/Mechanical Fitting or in the water industry

·        Able to work too tight tolerances

·        Committed, with good attention to detail

·        Good communication skills

·        Able to work with minimal supervision

·        H&S Complicit

Desirable

·        Mechanical Fitting

·        Working at height, confined space certification

·        Abrasive Wheels Training

·        Forklift Truck Licence

·        First Aid Certification
