As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Supporting teaching and learning strategies to boost attainment, including for students with SEND
• Working with individual students and small groups to provide tailored support
• Observing and reporting on student progress to inform planning and interventions
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes
• Contributing to the wider life and ethos of the school

To be successful as a Teaching Assistant, you will:

• A caring, patient, and resilient individual with a sense of humour
• Experience working with young people (school experience desirable)
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
• Willingness to learn new skills, including braille if required
• Good general education, including GCSE English

In return, my client is offering an annual salary of up to £30,000 pro rata, per annum, depending on experience. Please note, this is a part-time role (20 hours a week) - Actual salary up to £13,600 per annum.
