What You’ll Do

  • Lead teams to meet performance goals for quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the handoff of projects from planning to execution, ensuring smooth coordination and communication.
  • Drive safety initiatives and support a culture of safety through training and accountability.
  • Develop and manage the company’s training program to support skill-building and career growth.
  • Write and maintain clear, actionable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with team leads to recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing team members.
  • Build strong relationships with employees and clients to promote engagement and retention.
  • Partner with internal team members to manage tools, vehicles, and equipment maintenance and readiness.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations or management role
  • Strong understanding of business operations and basic financial reporting (P&L, budgeting)
  • Proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and improve processes
  • Experience creating and implementing training and/or onboarding programs
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required to support communication with a diverse workforce
