We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Construction Foreman to lead field crew(s) in Boca Raton, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on landscaping professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow into an operations management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise crew(s) of landscape technicians on residential and/or commercial projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and management
• Monitor worksite safety and enforce company safety standards
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
• Train new crew members and help build a strong, cohesive team
• Coordinate daily schedules and ensure efficient use of labor and materials
• Report job progress, issues, and crew performance to management
• Support company goals of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in landscape construction or installation
• 1+ years of crew leadership or foreman-level responsibility
• Strong work ethic and hands-on leadership style
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans is a plus
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in Florida’s outdoor conditions
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Interest in growing into an operations or production management role
