Job Title: Home Care Operations Manager

Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Head of Georgia Operations

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize day-to-day activities across our agency. This key leadership role is responsible for managing internal staff, caregiver field teams, client services, and operational workflows to ensure high-quality care delivery and regulatory compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee daily agency operations including scheduling, client onboarding, caregiver supervision, and compliance tracking.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement and improve internal systems, workflows, and KPIs.
  • Ensure adherence to local, state, and industry regulations, maintaining proper documentation and compliance standards.

Team Management

  • Lead, support, and evaluate the performance of administrative staff and field supervisors.
  • Manage caregiver staffing levels, including hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Address and resolve personnel issues in coordination with Human Resources.

Client Services & Quality Assurance

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive service and regular client check-ins.
  • Investigate and resolve client or caregiver concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of scheduling to ensure service coverage and continuity.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor operational metrics such as hours billed, client retention, caregiver availability, and compliance rates.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on operations, staffing, and growth targets to senior leadership.
  • Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and cost control measures.

Business Growth Support

  • Work with the marketing and outreach team to support referral growth and client acquisition goals.
  • Participate in community networking events and develop relationships with referral partners as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of operations or management experience in home care, healthcare, or a service-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of non-medical home care operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership, team-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and home care management platforms (e.g., ClearCare, AlayaCare, AxisCare).
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
