Are you a Senior Business Analyst - with a strong background in Core HR for your next contract? Do you want to work on a project where you are really making an impact on a community?

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for a 6-12 month contract with high possibility of extension.

Here is what you will do on a day to day basis:

• Collaborate with business users to elicit and document requirements and conduct business process mapping.
• Facilitate validation sessions to ensure requirements align with business needs.
• Trace requirements to solution design and confirm system alignment with client objectives.
• Verify solution functionality through testing, working closely with business users to ensure success.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through process changes with clear recommendations and expectation setting.
• Navigate sensitive conversations with confidence, balancing system capabilities with client needs.
• Design creative processes and approaches to transition the client from a manual to an efficient automated state.
• Support the organization through transformation, leveraging the OCM (Organizational Change Management) team for change adoption.
• Work as part of a cross-functional team of Business Analysts, Test Leads and 3rd party resources to drive meaningful solutions

Here is the type of person we are looking for:

• 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise ERP projects.
• Strong understanding of Hire to Retire (Core, Recruitment, Managed Leaves, etc.) and Self-Service
• Strong experience with business process mapping
• Ability to work with the business and readiness teams like Training. 
• Strong business acumen in time and absence processes and systems.
• Ability to lead dialogues with clients, providing valuable insights and managing expectations effectively.
• Experience working in unionized environments is advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Enjoys working with small, high-performing teams to tackle challenging targets.
