What Our Client Needs:

Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative, Outbound Call Center to engage current business customers and drive sales of conference attendance, sponsorships, training, and education services. This is a high-impact role ideal for a goal-oriented inside sales professional who thrives in a collaborative, hybrid work culture.


Who You Are:

You are a results-driven inside sales professional with experience selling services and training programs. You’re skilled at quickly building rapport over the phone and comfortable managing a consultative sales process with longer sales cycles. You enjoy working in a fun, competitive environment and are eager to learn about a small but complex organization that serves a diverse set of industry verticals.

Your ability to ask the right questions, listen actively, and propose tailored solutions makes you a trusted resource for customers. You’re naturally curious, tech-savvy, and thrive when collaborating across teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.


What You’ll Do:

  • Engage existing business customers to promote and sell conference attendance, sponsorships, and training and education services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Education and Training, Events, and Community Engagement) to develop lead generation campaigns and outreach strategies.
  • Act as the “voice of the customer” by sharing feedback and insights with product, sales, QA, and marketing teams to enhance offerings and experiences.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and align solutions with their goals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.


This position may require up to 5% travel and has no supervisory responsibilities.


What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience in an inside sales or call center environment selling services, training, or events.
  • Strong phone communication skills and the ability to build quick rapport with diverse audiences.
  • Consultative sales approach with success managing long-term sales cycles.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and sharing customer feedback to improve offerings.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and representing a complex set of industry solutions.
