What Our Client Needs:
Our client is seeking a Consulting Practice Leader to design, launch, and optimize consulting services that align with their strategic vision and deliver measurable value to clients. This role will evolve their consulting portfolio, develop workshops and advisory solutions that leverage core tools to address client needs in employee engagement, leadership development, and performance management. You’ll collaborate across teams to identify market opportunities, pilot new offerings, and integrate consulting insights into product innovation. This is both a strategic and hands-on role—ideal for someone with a growth mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for translating insight into action.

Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a salary range of $140,000 to $165,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills and experience.
